A level is only as good as the thing that built it. Say what your level is made of and what price is doing there — this names the border type, gives the confirmation that type actually needs, and names the way that type usually fails.

On the strength meter. It is a reading, not a probability. It goes up when a border is confirmed by something independent of itself — a second timeframe, a second participant, a change in volume — and down when the only evidence is the level's own existence. A level that has held four times on falling volume is not four times stronger than one that held once; it is a level with more people leaning on it, which is a different fact and sometimes the opposite one.
