Same price, two timeframes, two locations
Price sits in a dealing range on every timeframe — but at a different height in each. Discount (lower half) = buy zone; premium (upper half) = sell zone. Flip the scenarios:
The higher timeframe owns the bias. When the LTF is premium inside an HTF discount, you are looking at a retracement to the top of a micro-range — not a fresh long.
